Rakiyah McAlister serves as an Administrative Assistant at Youniverse Living, where she supports daily operations and helps ensure clients, families, and staff receive organized, responsive, and compassionate service. She assists with administrative coordination, communication, documentation, scheduling, and other essential functions that help keep services running smoothly.
Rakiyah is currently pursuing her education to become a Registered Nurse (RN), further demonstrating her dedication to healthcare and serving others. Her combination of administrative experience, direct-care knowledge, and continued nursing education makes her a valuable member of the Youniverse Living team.
She is committed to helping create a welcoming and supportive experience where every client and family feels heard, respected, and valued.

Kieyona Walker brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, with a background spanning healthcare administration, clinical operations, community health, and leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and BLS/CPR Instructor.
